The management team should also be solid and strong. Without proper management, no company lasts long. Plus, these are the people who are going to help you manage your end of the business. They should be people you can trust and feel secure with.

3. The System - A company is only as good as its system or business model. If they can't show you proof that their system works, that means they don't have it. Never get involved with a company that doesn't have a proven system that has been working for them consistently.
